Lamb dishes are often enjoyed during holidays and special times when friends and family get together. There are lots of ways to cook lamb, like making stir-fries or hearty stews.

All dishes are gluten free
In our class, First, we'll cook lamb with berbere sauce, which adds some spice and flavor. Then, we'll make ground lamb, carrots and potatoes with Turmeric. Lastly, we will make Collard greens with garlic seasoning.
To make our dishes even more delicious, we'll make Ethiopian clarified butter. This special butter gives our food a unique and tasty flavor.
Once you've signed up, I will email you a recipe, a list of things to buy, and a guide on how to get ready. You'll also get a special link for the class on Zoom. The special Ethiopian spices we'll use in the recipes and two small frozen Injera will be shipped to you before the class.
