All dishes are vegan and gluten free
Firstly, we'll create a flavorful lentil stew infused with the essential berbere spice and enhanced with the richness of tomatoes and potatoes. Moreover, we'll also create a simple yet delightful lentil salad. It will be accompanied by a side dish featuring cabbage and carrots, simmered in a vibrant and flavorful Turmeric sauce.
